By placing an order with Flair by Arsh, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order. Placing an order confirms you understand and accept the 7–10 day production and delivery timeline.

Pricing & Currency

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKR is the currency you will be charged in.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown to you at checkout. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, it is available for Pakistan orders only. International orders are prepaid.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and product designs on this site are the property of Flair by Arsh and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Flair by Arsh is not liable for delays caused by our shipping partners once an order has shipped.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
